Delivery of artwork...
Artwork should be delivered to Eyeclopes along with completed entry form and fee. Artwork should be ready to hang, and labeled on the back with title, medium, and artists name.

‘Submitting’ Works of art are reviewed by appointments, from original work, or by slides, some digital accepted. When submitting slides please include an inventory sheet containing the title, size, and price with slides labeled. All work submitted must be ready to hang or
displayed (picture wire). Works must be labeled on the back with title, medium, name, and price. Artist are welcome to submit as many pieces they desire, though no guarantee all pieces will be accepted. Artwork should be delivered to Eyeclopes along with completed entry form, labeled on back, and fee.

‘Drop off Date’ indicates the final day that artwork will be considered for
display. Traditionally the drop off /
pick-up date is the weekend before a
‘First Friday’ of the exhibit month.
Drop off / Pick-up times are between
12:00 - 7:00 pm.

‘Exhibit Dates’ are the dates that the show will be displayed.
Regular gallery hours are Thurs. 12-7:00 pm / Fri.-Sat. 12-9:00 pm.
‘Reception’ Occurs on ‘First Friday’ a Celebration of the Arts in Historic Downtown Fredericksburg of each month all year long. People are encouraged to explore downtown, visiting galleries and shops with family and friends old and new.

What is Eyeclopes?
Eyeclopes Studios, Gallery and Shop, is an Artist run Gallery featuring Regional and Global Artists. Eyeclopes offers
membership to artists and patrons of the arts. Monies collected are used for the promotion of the gallery and its shows. A new show is featured monthly and
bi-monthly. Promoting locally and regionally, Eyeclopes is open to everyone, and we are handicapped accessible. Eyeclopes is inclusive and welcomes
volunteer work and creative input.
Artists are welcome to host gallery hours and interact with the community.
