I am the triplicity of Ken Crampton, I can be described as a noun, verb, and adjective, depending on the perspective. I am my own being, a catylist of group dynamics. I am a leader of interdependent elements of community, woven through group dynamics. I am a leader and a follower, sharing space, communication, and spirit through constructive creative dialog.
Ken Crampton is a noun, an artist, drummer, musician, husband, father, facilitator, teacher, multi-tasker, comic, and above all a host. These specific identities relate to the function of my existence in community, through these identities, I am called upon from diverse populations. It is the platform of who I am, from my self recognition to the reality of specific titles that individuals depend on.
Ken Crampton is a verb, from the descriptions of my personality to the element of my actions. I am a catalyst in events, I am inspiring, entertaining, supportive, and insightful. I create, learn, and teach in an environment that is safe, enjoyable, evolutionary through group dynamics. It is my actions in community that describe me as a verb, it becomes the identity cast upon me as well as the way I see myself.
Ken Crampton is an adjective, nurturing, fun and positive. It is through eclectic, eccentric, spontaneous elements of my personality that I am able to free expressions from those around me. I am dependable and supportive in time, space, and energy, always able to give it my all. I am whacky, funky, and uninhibited by standards that control creative response. It is the description of who I am that creates the massive list of adjectives that could and do describe me.
I am reinventing lore, and inspiring a creative revolution, it is through my artistic and musical endeavors that society is being forced to hear and see my spirit infused with that of diverse populations I work with. I have an art gallery and drum shop as a physical location that allows me a space to create an inviting atmosphere to culture these elements. As an outreach program, I work with civic associations, schools, at-risk, corporations, hospitals, etc., targeting specific populations to share my vision of creative conructive expression. These populations sometimes require specific messages that need to be implanted into the outreach programs, to help individuals realize the impact of group dynamics.
I am on a path of enlightenment, always learning from others, and myself. Through continued actions, I am evolving, understanding, and sharing the various lessons, messages, and spirit. I work first in my own backyard and as time goes on, the world seems to be my backyard, no longer seeming so far away. My journeys through the artistic, and cultural enhancement have taken me all over the United States and parts of the World, and only inspire me to travel into communities learning and teaching individuals and groups how to establish their own identity, that educates and facilitates group empowerment through the audible and visual arts .
